Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $99 or more before applicable taxes. Simply look for the logo Product qualifies for free shipping on items throughout the store. If the items in your order qualify for Free Shipping and total $99 or more... voila... your order ships FREE via either USPS or UPS! We periodically run Free Shipping promotions on lower dollar amounts, so please check back frequently or subscribe to our Newsletter. Free Shipping promotions do not apply to appliances or drop ship items. Free Shipping is only applicable to the Lower 48 states and does not apply to international orders.

Please note that product prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to restrict order eligibility, cancel and modify promotions at any time. Prices and availability are accurate at the time our newsletter is first sent; however, they are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors, misprints, or late arrival of a newsletter to your email.

Delivery Dates

All orders that come in by 12:00 pm Arizona Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day with the exception of FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground, as well as orders containing 20 or more products, will be shipped the following business day. If you have an order containing 20 or more products and need it shipped the same day, please call us. We will discuss the potential for same day shipping.

Each carrier has their own policy in regards to guaranteed delivery dates, and these guarantees are based on multiple factors. These factors include, but are not limited to: origin, destination and drop-off time. It is the sole responsibility and liability of the carrier(s) to uphold their
guarantees and reimbursement of those guarantees.

Providing Correct Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing their own correct shipping address for USPS, UPS and/or FedEx deliveries. Dr. Cousens' Online Store is not liable for an incorrect delivery address.

Please indicate in the Notes section if your delivery address has any limitations or special instructions. If this note is missing, and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any and all reshipping fees.

Declaring Values

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products, once they leave our facility. All carriers typically provide a maximum value of $100 when no declared value is requested. If you have an order that you would like to declare a value, please call us directly at 520.377.3366 before placing an order. Declaring the value is similar to insurance, so this means that there will be additional charges for orders over $100 and the cost will be additional to Free Shipping offers or promotions. Let us know if you would like us to call you with the cost or to just proceed with the order. We do not make money off this transaction and declaring value is up to the sole discretion of the buyer.

Expediting Shipments

We also offer Expedited Shipping on most orders. Paying for Expedited Shipping gets your order moved to the top of our shipping list. Your order must be submitted by 11 am Arizona Time to go out the same day. Our Free Shipping promotion(s) DO NOT apply to expedited shipping.

We will ship your order as fast as your paid shipping allows. Typical delivery times are as follows: If your order is under 5 lbs, your package will be cheapest and travel the fastest via Priority Mail USPS (2-3 day delivery). Larger expedited orders are sent cheapest via UPS 3 Day Air or FedEx Express (2 or 3 days deliveries). If you would like your package to have Overnight or 1-2 day guaranteed shipping service, please call our customer service team and speak with a customer representative about your order.

Expedited Shipping does NOT apply to Free Shipping appliances. If a Free Shipping appliance is purchased with other items in the same order, the non-appliance items will be expedited, and the appliance will travel with normal ground service. You must call or email our customer service team for a shipping quote and collection of payment if you would like expedited shipping on your appliance.

International Shipping Policy

Dr. Cousens’ Online Store strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Dr. Cousens’ Online Store is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.

We kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

Drop Shipments

Most items will be shipped to you directly from our facility located in Patagonia, AZ. At our sole discretion, we may have one or more of your items shipped to you directly from our supplier or the manufacturer.
